Selflessness

Grace is Selfless! If you've seen true selflessness, then you've seen Grace. Grace protects and provides. Grace is humble and caring and thinks ahead about every little detail. Grace takes the time and patience to make sure everything is perfect, and nothing is missed or overlooked. Grace is full of peace and patience, and perseverance, and Grace is trustworthy and always available. Grace is faithful, kind, and long-suffering. Grace is pure goodness and the fullness of joy. Grace is everlasting, too, meaning it's eternal without end. Do you know the best term that describes Grace? The word "Incomprehensible!" Grace is literally incomprehensive. Grace knows no limits to God's goodness. But the most beautiful description of all is the one that changed my life… Grace is the "unmerited" and "unearned" FAVOR of God! Yes, Jesus loves me and you without limits, and that delights and baffles me, but nonetheless, I openly receive it in Jesus' name! - HOW BOUT YOU?

2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 - "Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal comfort and good hope by grace, comfort and strengthen your hearts in every good work and word"

Every person on the face of the earth is blessed with EVERY possible blessing and provision of God. It's offered to everyone, but not everyone receives His blessings, and that is sad to me. I want to change that.

Ephesians 1:3 - "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,"

God has provided it all, and it's all free, a gift to be received and savored. God's Grace is His favor in the form of blessings. But, as a gift of grace, it can't be earned, ever. And, like all gifts, it has to be received to be enjoyed.

Ephesians 2:8-10 - "by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them."

EVERY need we could ever possibly have has already been met, and then some. God would not give us the mission "to be love" to a hurting world without providing "the love" we are to give. Now, that's Grace!

Ephesians 2:4 - "But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,"

EVERY form of God's loving-kindness has already been provided to EVERYONE for EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE, and it can only be accessed IN CHRIST.

Romans 3:24 - "being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus;"

Yes, everything we could possibly ever need or want is already in CHRIST, including salvation and everlasting life with God as our Father. And, Christ is in YOU!

Ephesians 2:5 - "even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

The Bible declares that we already have it, meaning "salvation" has already been provided to humankind, in the most total sense, and it's been provided to everyone without any discrimination or limits. No prerequisites or performance tasks. GRACE: You do nothing, and YOU get everything.

Ephesians 2:6 - "and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,"

Salvation literally means we receive Jesus' blessings, all of them! As He is, so are we in this world.Grace is Selfless! If you’ve seen true selflessness, then you’ve witnessed Grace. Grace protects and provides. Grace is humble and caring and thinks ahead about every little detail. Grace takes the time and patience to make sure everything is perfect and nothing is missed or overlooked. Grace is full of peace and patience and perseverance, and Grace is trustworthy, and always available. Grace is faithful, kind, and long-suffering. Grace is pure goodness and the fullness of joy. Grace is everlasting too, meaning it’s eternal without end. Do you know the best term that describes Grace? The word “Incomprehensible!” Grace is literally incomprehensive. Grace knows no limits to God’s goodness. But the most wonderful description of all is the one that changed my life… Grace is the “unmerited” and “unearned” FAVOR of God! Yes, Jesus loves me and you without limits! 2 Thessalonians 2:16 -

1 John 4:17 - "By this, love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, so also are we in this world."

Salvation means we get His full power, His health, His prosperity, and His favor with God." Thus, salvation references being Blessed, having received the fullness of God's gifts without measure.

Ephesians 2:7 - "so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus."

Salvation is the Grace of God, and it is the revealing of His nature, and that is to save through mercy.

John 10:28 - "and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand."

The Heavenly Father is the God of Grace and Mercy, and He wants none to perish.

1 Peter 1:13 - "Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ."

In Jesus, nothing has been withheld from us or held back. Jesus did it all, it is final, and the only question that remains is, "did you, or will you, appropriate God's FAVOR?"

Romans 10:3 - "For not knowing about God's righteousness and seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God."

Rest in Christ, stand in His Grace, or, will you keep striving under your own righteousness?

Romans 15:17 - "Therefore in Christ Jesus I have found reason for boasting in things pertaining to God."

Jesus is the Grace of God displayed as absolute goodness of God, revealing His mercy and unlimited FAVOR.

Hebrews 11:6 - "And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him."

The only way to receive this favor in grace is to believe you already have it, IN CHRIST.

Luke 1:30 - "The angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary; for you have found favor with God."

FAVOR means we are loved by the creator of the universe, and this love is deeper and more incredible than we could ever imagine.

Romans 4:25 - "He who was delivered over because of our transgressions, and was raised because of our justification."

When did Jesus provide for all of this Grace and Favor? When did He give it to us?

Philippians 1:6 - "For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus."

Jesus's Favor was poured out thousand years ago when He declared, "It is finished!" However, please keep in mind we can find God's favor throughout the Bible, from cover to cover.

Genesis 6:8 - "But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord."
